When I leave a note to them I just mentioned it's gonna be a present. But they took every order with care. I mentioned a name to engrave in the bottle but they also pasted a small birthday note over the gift wrapper with the name that I engraved in the bottle. This can only be done by a person who really understand the feelings and emotion of the customer. So, I was delightful with my experience with them. Loads of love - Sanjay
