How does my Root7 bottle work?

Thanks to our Therma Root7 Technology and triple-layered insulation, which includes a copper layer, Root7 products are able to keep any liquid hot or cold for long stretches, while maintaining a condensation-free exterior.

How do I Clean my Root7 Bottles?

Root7Bottles should be cleaned regularly—we recommend washing your bottle gently with water and soap after every use and drying and storing it with the top off. Do not scrub the bottle while washing it. Avoid submerging your bottle and cap in water for long periods of time as this will interfere with the vacuum seal. After washing your bottle, we recommend that you dry them by airing it out upside down and storing it with the lid off. This will help keep your bottles looking and smelling fresh.Root7 bottles are NOT dishwasher safe!

Is my bottle leak proof?

Yes, Root7 bottles are 100% leakproof, so you don’t have to worry while you’re on the go. To guarantee leakproofness, make sure that your lid is closed properly.

Will my bottle sweat like regular bottles?

No way! You’ll never need to worry about it sweating in your bag or making water circles on your desk. Root 7 Bottlesare well insulated, so the outside of its body will remain at room temperature, regardless of the temperature of its contents, whether it is icy cold or hot.

Are Root 7 bottles BPA-free?

Absolutely! All Root 7 bottles are BPA FREE. We only choose premium-quality materials so it’s perfectly safe to drink from our bottles.

Do you offer guarantee on the bottles?

We are so confident in the quality of our bottle that each one comes with a Lifetime Guarantee – just fill the form after purchase to register the warranty of your bottle. The warranty covers any manufacturer defects, such as thermal performance issues. To report a claim, please send an email to info@root7.in with proof of purchase, reason for claim and pictures of your bottle. Specifically, please send a full-length photo of the front of the bottle, the bottom of the bottle and the claimed damage or defect area, if applicable. Root7 reserves the right to request the product to be sent to our office for additional review and to verify the claim. Root7 will review all cases. In the event that Root7deems a replacement is necessary, we will replace the product with the same style and size. If that product is not available, the closest style will be sent as a replacement.Root7’s lifetime warranty does not cover any issues due to improper use, normal wear and tear, or loss / theft of the bottle.

How do I return my bottle?

Root7 India ensures that every consumer has a seamless experience from transaction to the performance of the product. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.

As a policy, we do not accept returns on products:

  • Delivered in perfect, undamaged condition.
  • Damages due to misuse of product.
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered.

 

Performance Defect: We have a 7 day return policy in case of any manufacturing defect which is hampering the optimal performance of our product.

Physical Defect: In case you have received product in a damaged condition you need to inform us about the condition within 24 hours of receipt of your order by you.
